Oh, Sherlock. I fell recklessly, unreasonably in love with the first episode, with the result that nothing since has had any chance, really, of measuring up -- but it certainly didn't help that it was immediately followed by "The Blind Banker".
I watched it and I wondered, can that possibly have been as awful as it seemed to be? Yes, self; yes, in fact, it could.
