“After a few months there, she showed up at my door with the keys, and told me she would get me out if I helped her.”

“You didn’t think it was a trap?”

Bucky’s face shows emotion for a second, a fond little smile. “Of course I thought it was a trap. But the next thing she said was that if I touched her, she’d rip my fingernails out. And I figured that if it was a trap, she’d probably be trying to seduce me, instead of warning me off.”
