I’m so glad Lady N- has at least had a cat, whatever else was going on in her life. I mean, her children seem to be great, but cats.
Poor Miss S- - however sensible she is, she's having two very stressful experiences in two days. Dammit, Lady B- is wonderful (and I see Miss S- still has her crush on her).
I love that this has introduced me to all kinds of things I didn’t know about, like Mrs. Marcet. And what I like most about this is always the conversations with her and her friends.
Oh, excellent, Mr H-! And he has ever shown both consideration and discretion at such times. And here I go back into period-ish diction.
